The present Writ Petition is filed with following prayers: "B.
This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature to quash and set aside impugned order dated 15.07.2025 passed by Sub Divisional Officer at ShrigondaParner Division, Dist. Ahilyanagar in Revision Application No.90/2025 and for that purpose necessary orders may kindly be issued.

This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to confirm the order passed by the learned Tahsildar at Shrigonda dated 25.02.2025 passed in case No.45/2024and for that purpose necessary orders may kindly be issued."

After arguing for some time, learned Advocates appearing for respective parties, on instructions, made statement that dispute can be amicably resolved by granting 8 feet width road for respondent no.4 to access his Gut Nos.63/1, 63/2 and 63/3 from Eastern edge of Kukadi Sub-Cannel from Gaothan to Tukai Road as mentioned in Map dated 24.05.2025, which is part of record before Mamlatdar. Accordingly, joint pursis is tendered on behalf of petitioners and respondent no.4 and same has been signed by respective Advocates as well as petitioner nos.1, 3 and Mahadu
(2) 903-wp-9403-2025.odt Bhagwan Gawali son of respondent no.4. The joint pursis is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. 3.
In that view of the matter, writ petition stands disposed of in terms of joint pursis. The impugned order stands modified accordingly.
