The present application is filed for withdrawal of the amount by the appellant.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent brought to my notice that First Appeal No.447/2005 has been transferred to the District Court in view of the enhancement in the pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court. In view of the said fact the present application has become infrcutuous. If at all, any such application requires to be filed,the same shall be preferred before the concerned District Court.
