The petitioners have put forth prayer Clauses 'B' and 'C' as under:- (B) By writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or directions, the respondent No.2 may kindly be directed to consider the application dated 04.04.2022 and the reminder dated 25.07.2022 and correct the record in respect of land Gut No.31 of village Jambhala, Taluka Gangapur, District Aurangabad.
(C) By appropriate writ, order or directions the respondent No.2 be directed to decide the application dated 04.04.2022 (Exhibit " ") within one month.

The learned AGP submits that pursuant to the Circular dated 13/02/2015 issued by the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, the Committees are constituted at the Sub-Divisional Officer level as well as Divisional level to deal only with the grievance pertaining to the 7/12 extract entries.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to place the representations of the petitioners dated 04/04/2022 and the reminder dated 25/07/2022, before the said Committee, within two weeks. The Committee shall thereafter issue a notice of hearing to the petitioners, within two weeks. The Committee shall consider the representation and take a decision on the same which shall be communicated to the petitioners expeditiously. If the 7/12 records have to be corrected, such corrections would be carried out within 15 days from the date of such decision. Let such entire exercise be concluded by 30/12/2022.
