The learned advocate for the petitioner states that prayer clause 'B' no more survives as the proceeding is already decided by the Collector vide order dated 01.07.2022 and the Collector has quashed and set aside the order passed by Tahsildar dated 29.04.2014 and 13.05.2014.

The learned advocate for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court dated 08.10.2021 in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 13155/2021, which is filed by some of the joint tenants and the petitioner was the respondent in the same. The order reads thus:- Bhagyawant Punde
{2} 1-WP-4977-2021 "We would like to put an end to this prolonged dispute and not go on technicalities on some grounds raised by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner which may otherwise have merits and thus, conclusively hold that all the concerned parties are joint tenants and that is the purport of all the orders passed form time to time.
We direct accordingly and, thus, dismiss the special leave petition.
The necessary mutations be carried out by the revenue authorities expeditiously.
Pending applications stand disposed of."

In the light of direction given by the Hon'ble Apex Court, respondents No. 1 and 2 are directed to effect mutations within a period of four weeks from today.

With these directions, writ petition is disposed of. 5.
Consequential steps shall be expeditiously taken by the authorities.
