Applicant seeks to withdraw amount of Rs.1,13,641/- deposited by the acquiring body. My attention is adverted to the common orders dated 06.07.2023 and 30.07.2025 permitting the claimants to receive the amount. The amount deposited is meager one. Therefore, I find it fit to disburse the amount with accrued interest.

Civil application for withdrawal is partly allowed permitting the applicant to receive 50% of the deposited
