The F.I.R. is registered at the behest of one Murlidhar, who was the member of the alleged unlawful assembly formed by the present applicants against one Sham resulting into registration of Crime No.154/2015.

The nature of injuries suffered by the complainant are simple as is apparent from the medical certificate. The applicants were arrested on 23rd July 2015 and since then are behind the bars.

In view of counter complaint and the nature of allegations made against the present applicants in the F.I.R., it will be appropriate, in my opinion, to order release of the applicants on regular bail. 5.

As such, Criminal Application stands allowed. 6.

The applicants Gajanan s/o Ramrao Raut and Datta s/o Prabhakar Raut be released in connection with Crime No.I-158/2015 registered at Ambad Police Station, District Jalna, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety by each of them.
