The applicant seeks relief to the extent that, the applicant be given certified copy of the judgment and decree, so also copy of roznama, written statement and plaint in R.C.S. No. 191/01 of 1352 Fasali. It appears that, this Court directed to conduct an enquiry with regard to documents being issued. 2.

There would not be any impediment to give certified copy of the judgment and decree, roznama, plaint and written statement as it has no concern with another document.

In the light of the above, the Trial Court/Civil Judge Junior Division, Udgir shall consider the application of the applicant for issuance of certified copies of plaint, written statement, roznama and judgment and decree in R.C.S. No. 191/01 of 1352 Fasali. The civil application is disposed of.
