Petitioners have challenged order dated 27/07/2022, passed by the Tahsildar, Jamner, under Section 5(2) of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, 1906 directly in present petition. Petitioners have alternate and efficacious remedy of filing revision under Section 23 of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, 1906. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy.
