The petitioner makes a grievance in respect of failure of the Respondents to pay pensionary benefits. Our attention is invited to the communication issued by the Accounts Officer, Office of Accountant General, Nagpur, dated 24.04.2012, directing the Education Officer to comply with certain deficiencies. Learned A.G.P. places on record communication dated 14th January, 2016, addressed to him by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. It is recorded in the communication that the Education Officer will ensure necessary compliance from the school within a period of fifteen days from today and on receipt of necessary documents/testimonials, same shall have to be forwarded to the Accountant General, Nagpur.
{2} wp887115.odt In view of the communication placed on record, the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, is directed to ensure removal of deficiencies recorded in the communication dated 24.04.2012 with the assistance of the Head Master within a period of fifteen days from today. On receipt of required documents and on removal of deficiencies mentioned in the communication dated 24.04.2012, those documents be forwarded to the Accountant General, Nagpur, within further period of fifteen days. The Accountant General, Nagpur, after ensuring compliance of deficiencies mentioned in the communication dated 24.04.2012, shall take decision on the proposal for release of the amount and shall actually release the claim amount in favour of petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of documents from the Education Officer. With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
