It is submitted that, the petitioner has submitted proposal for sanction of 08th standard on natural growth basis to the Zilla Parishad. The Education Officer, Zilla Parishad has forwarded the said proposal to the respondent No. 2. However, no decision is taken by the respondent No. 2 upon it as yet. 2.

In case the proposal forwarded by the Education Officer is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
