DATE : 11.12.2020 P.C. :- Notice. It is made returnable forthwith. Learned APP is also heard in view of nature of reliefs claimed. The submissions made show that the matter was filed in the Court of J.M.F.C. on 21.08.2019. Copy of roznama shows that on nine occasions the present petitioner remained present before the J.M.F.C. for verification with a hope that some progress will be made in the matter.

It appears that after starting of the pandemic due to Covid-19 virus from March-2020 no progress was made but prior to that there were few dates on which the Magistrate ought to have made some progress. The Magistrate needs to consider the private complaint as soon as possible. In

( 2 ) 903 cri wp 1550.20 view of these circumstances, this Court is hereby directing the learned Magistrate to consider the matter for further orders within forty five (45) days from today. With these directions the present matter is disposed of. Hamdast is allowed to both the sides.
