This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no.02 - Education Officer (Secondary) to take decision on the proposal tendered on 23rd May, 2015, by respondent no.03 - educational institution seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today and it is accordingly directed.
