The learned Addl. Govt. Pleader submits that respondent No.2- the Director of Education (Primary), M.S. Pune-1 has informed respondent No.4-the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, to process the claim of the petitioner for appointment as 'Shikshan Sevak' without insisting for marks-memo and by verifying other documents. Alongwith the letter, the annexure states that the petitioner has secured 113 marks.

The Chief Executive Officer and respondent No.5 - the Education Officer (Primary), Z.P., Ahmednagar, shall consider the communication of the Director of Education (Primary) dated 8th November 2019 and shall process the claim of the petitioner for the appointment, on its own merits, considering that she has obtained 113 marks, as communicated by the Director OF Education (Primary). The respondents No. 4 and 5 can verify the other documents while considering the appointment of the petitioner. The decision shall be taken expeditiously and preferably, within a period of one month.
