Heard learned counsel for the applicants. Perused the application. In view of nature of the application, I do not find any impediment to afford one more opportunity to the applicants to ventilate their grievance in the appellate forum. Therefore, the impugned order passed by the Registrar (Judicial), dated 11th April, 2017 refusing the registration of

2 CA 11549/2017 Civil Application Stamp No.5320 of 2017 in First Appeal No.3941 of 2016 is hereby set aside and quashed. The applicants to remove office-objections within two weeks from the date of this order. After compliance, the Registry is directed to complete further process and list the matter for further hearing on 25th September, 2017.
