Present application has been filed by the acquiring body for getting the delay of 1778 days condoned in filing First Appeal. The acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the reference Court. Respondents/claimants have appeared through Advocate. However, he is absent. Taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in paragraph No.3, the delay stands condoned. 2.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
