Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1, 3 and 4 submits that the petitioner has remedy of Appeal under Section 24 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 and he can avail the said remedy.

In view of that, we are not inclined to consider the petition on merits.

Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy as is permissible under Statute.
