Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad, Nanded submits that, the order of this Court is complied with. One benefit of ACPS is granted to the petitioner and second is rejected.

In view of the above, contempt stands purged. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent/Zilla Parishad, then the petitioner may assail the same in accordance with law. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
