The petitioner claims that respondents have disobeyed the order dated 06.07.2023, wherein statement made by learned APP that police authorities will not do anything without following due process of law, is repeatedly violated by the respondents.

The petitioner is running a club wherein according to the petitioner, respondents are repeatedly conducting raids. 3.

In the light of above, we do not find any willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. Contempt Petition being devoid of merit is dismissed.
