A common order of the respondent/Scrutiny Committee dated 18.07.2019 is a subject matter of challenge in this petition. 2.

The impugned order is a common order in the matter of the petitioner and in the matter of one Madhavrao Shivaji Ganlawad and Anuja Shivajirao Ganlawad. On their challenge to the order in WP No.9039/2019 and 9486/2019, the division benches of this Court, by orders dated 20.08.2019 and 21.09.2023, quashed and set aside the impugned judgment and order, and directed certificates of validity to be khs/Feb.2025/9482

- 2 - issued to them.

Since it is a matter of challenge to the self same order at the instance of the petitioner, no separate reasoning is necessary. 4.

For the self same reasons, as have been recorded by the division benches in the matter of Madhavrao Shivaji Ganlawad and Anuja Shivajirao Ganlawad, the writ petition is partly allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside. The Committee shall issue certificate of validity to the petitioner of 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe, which shall be co-terminus with the validities, which the Committee has decided to re-open.
