It is submitted that, the petitioner has filed an application U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act to the Special Land Acquisition Officer in the year 2011, but the same is not yet decided.

We have also heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents.

In case the application is filed by the petitioner U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, and if, the same is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits after hearing all parties concerned
