The respondent is the applicant in Criminal Revision Application No.166 of 2021, wherein, the respondent-wife has challenged the order dated 21.06.2021 passed below Exh.16 in Petition No.E-34 of 2020, whereby the interim maintenance was granted. The same order has been challenged by the present petitioner in this petition.

Since the learned Family Court has passed the final judgment and order on 20.08.2024, the cause of action in the present petition does not survive. Hence, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.
