Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicant seeks bail in C.R.No.214 of 2023 registered with Amalner Police Station, Amalner, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 353, 332, 333, 336, 337, 153A, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/25 of the Arms Act and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act and Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1932.

The similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail. The applicant deserves parity. Hence, the order :- i) The application is allowed.

945-BA-1307-23.odt ii) Applicant Lokesh Anil Thakur be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the conditions that, (a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He shall not enter Amalner town, District Jalgaon for three months from the date of his release.

(c) He shall attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on a written notice till filing of the chargesheet and for that purpose he is entitled to enter Amalner town.
