The Petitioners contend that, two judgments delivered by this Court, dated 19/09/2013, in Writ Petition No.4915/2012 (Ramkrushna Bhikaji Thakre and others Vs. Zilla Parishad, Buldhana) and dated 30/01/2014, in Writ Petition No. 5182/2012 (Narendra Namdeorao Gedam Vs. Zilla Parishad, Amravati and another), cover the issue, that the learned Advocate for the Respondent/Zilla Parishad, Latur, seeks time to study the said two judgments.

Hence, list the Writ Petition for disposal on 06/09/2024.
