Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the orders in writ petition no. 6398 of 2013 and one passed today in writ petition no.7055 of 2013 shall hold the field in this matter as well, as the petition has been moved in similar circumstances and on same grounds.

As such, the same reasons as recorded in the orders in writ petition no. 6398 of 2013 and 7055 of 2013 shall be deemed to have been adopted in the present matter. 3.
