Mr. Indrale-Patil, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that respondents are bent upon deleting the mutation entry standing in the name of petitioners and incorporating the name of State Government on the ground that land has been acquired. The land purchased by the petitioners was never acquired. The land acquired was Gat No. 34/2 and the land purchased by the petitioners is Gat No. 33.

It appears that the petitioners were issued with show cause notice. We may only observe that the respondents may not

With these observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
