This application is for condonation of delay of 87 days in setting aside abatement and bringing heirs of Applicant No.1 - Bapurao Sangram Hangarge, on record.

I have gone through the application and I am of the view that delay needs to be condoned. The cause of action survives against the legal heirs of the deceased - Applicant. No prejudice would be caused to the Respondents, if application is allowed. I, therefore pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
