This is an application for setting aside abatement on account of death of respondent no. 1D - Balasaheb Rambhau Vetal with a prayer to condone the delay.

I have heard the learned counsel of both the sides. 3.

Considering the nature of the dispute coupled with the fact that the second appeal was filed in the year 2011 and still awaiting listing for admission, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned and the LRs are allowed to be brought on record.
