This is an Application for condonation of 902 days delay caused in preferring the Application for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Appellant, Rama, and setting aside the abatement, if any.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant/Appellant that the Appellant died on 06.12.2019 leaving behind the legal heirs, who are the Applicants before this Court. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants that the Certificate issued by the concerned Gram Panahcyat shows the Applicants as the legal heirs of the deceased/Appellant.

The Application is opposed by the learned Advocate for Respondent No. 3 and the learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Learned Advocate for Respondent No. 3 submits that the appropriate order be passed.
