Heard. This writ petition has served its purpose. The writ petition was filed for getting electric connection. Learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 stated that such connection is already provided to the petitioners. Learned Counsel for the petitioners also admitted this fact. There is an independent proceeding going on between the parties regarding disputed bill. We are not expressing our opinion on such question but we dispose of this writ petition being infructuous.

It is further directed that the amount deposited by the petitioners with respondent No.2 pursuant to order of this Court dated 06.09.2013 shall be adjusted towards petitioners' future bills.
