The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed application seeking rental compensation in November 2018. The same is not yet decided.

In case, application is filed by the petitioner and same is pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all parties concerned and preferably within a period of one (01) year.
