By the present petition, petitioner assails order dated 29.06.2022 passed by the Superintendent of Land Records, Beed, by which the delay in filing of appeal by respondent Nos. 3 to 8 has been condoned and the appeal is taken up for hearing on merits.

In my opinion, the present petition can conveniently be disposed of with clarification that in the event of appeal being decided against the petitioner on merits, while challenging final order of the Superintendent of Land Records, Beed, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the findings as well as the order passed on 29.06.2022.

With this clarification, the petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
