Learned APP on instructions from the investigating officer submits that victim i.e. daughter-in-law of applicants is residing with her husband.

Learned advocate for applicants on instructions from applicants confirmed this position. He states that since August2023, victim is staying with her husband i.e. son of applicants. 3.

Considering this subsequent development, application is allowed by confirming interim protection order dated 2nd August, 2023.
