PER COURT :- The petitioner is praying for directions to the respondents No.1 & 2 to send the enquiry report to the Office of Ministry of Labour / Shram Mantralaya, Government of India, New Delhi in respect of work undertaken by Sanstha for rehabilitation of women labourers in the year 2003.

In the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 it is recorded in paragraph No.6 that, in the letter of Commissioner for Labour dated 14.8.2007 it is clearly stated that

{2} wp 8939.11.odt the report tendered by the petitioner is doubtful and the scheme is not being implemented in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down under the Policy prescribed by the Central Government. It is further recorded in paragraph No.7 of the affidavit in reply that the petitioner is not submitting necessary documents like quarterly progress report, audited statement of accounts, annual utilization certificate of previous years and the inspection report and as such the proposal tendered by the petitioner is not forwarded to the Central Government. It would be open for the petitioner to remove the deficiencies as pointed out in the affidavit in reply and pursue the State Government for redressal of his grievances.
