The petitioner states that the proposal seeking approval to his appointment dated 22.12.2015, filed by the management with the Education Officer (Primary), is still pending. 2.

We are of the view that the management should now prefer a fresh proposal, complete in all respects, so as to direct respondent No.4 to decide the said proposal within a time frame. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the management is supporting his cause and would file a fresh proposal. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

Let respondent No. 5 and 6 file a fresh proposal, complete in all

wp10582.22 -2respects, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner, to respondent No.4 Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad, on or before 30.11.2022. After receipt of the said proposal, the concerned authority would consider the entire record available, including publication of advertisement, process of selection and appointment, reservation, etc. and arrive at a decision on the merits of the proposal, on or before 31.01.2023.
