PER COURT :- Petitioner is making grievance as regards non-observance of the directions issued by this Court in Writ Petition No.7157/2012 and other companion matters. Learned counsel for respondent - acquiring body, on instructions, states that the directions contained in paragraph No.7 of the order have been complied with and the amount has been disbursed to the petitioner. Petitioner, questions correctness of the statement and informs that, the amount as per entitlement of petitioner, in accordance with law, has not been paid and that additional amount is recoverable from respondent - acquiring body. If at all petitioner is aggrieved by the

{2} CP 420.13.odt quantum of amount determined by respondent, it would be open for her to agitate her grievance, in an appropriate proceedings. With liberty as aforesaid, contempt petition stands disposed of. Notice issued stands discharged.
