PER COURT :- These Petitions are filed with the following prayers :- "B) By issuing appropriate writ, order or directions, in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent no.2/the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar to issue consent letter in favour of petitioner to the Zilla Parishad, Sangli in view of no objection letter dated 12.05.2011 issued by Zilla Parishad, Sangli for reliving him, as G.R. dated 29.09.2011 under the head of "Couple Convenience".
And/or
C) By issuing appropriate writ, order or directions, in the like nature, the respondent no.2/The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar may kindly be directed to take further step on the proposal of the petitionerfor inter district transfer from Z.P. Sangali to Z.P. Nandurbar in view of G.R. dated 29.09.2011 under the head of "Couple Convenience" and for that purpose issue necessary orders;"

In pursuance to the notices issued to the Respondents, Dr. Subhash Ramesh Borse, working as Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar has filed affidavit in reply. Along with the said affidavit in reply, the waiting list of the employees, who have applied for transfer under the caption "Couple Convenience" is placed on record. The name of petitioner in Writ Petition No. 3348 of 2015 stands at Sr. No.13 and the name of petitioner, in Writ Petition No. 9186 of 2015 stands at Sr. No. 12. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent - Zilla Parishad submits that, as and when the vacancy arises of the particular category of employees, they will effect the transfer as per the seniority list, which is placed on record in the Petition.

In the light of the above, both Petitions stand disposed of.
