It is pointed out that the registered sale deed is dated 07.03.2001 and the correction deed is dated 06.03.2012. Considering the above, paragraph 3 of the order dated 07.09.2017 shall read as under:- "3.

The Petitioner desired that a certified copy of the registered sale deed dated 07.03.2001 and the correction deed dated 06.03.2012, which were placed on record, be proved through secondary evidence under Section 65 of

As such, the earlier paragraph No.3 in the order dated 07.09.2017, be replaced by the above paragraph and a corrected copy be issued to the parties.
