Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent no. 2 / Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur since the year 2014, however the same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondent no.1. Mr. Bondar, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent no.2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall
