Heard learned A.G.P. for the applicant - State and the learned counsel for the respondent/original claimant. 2.

In view of the nature of subject matter, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 19/03/2008 passed by the Adhoc District Judge-1, Beed in L.A.R. No. 741/2006, on condition that applicant - State shall deposit the entire amount of compensation as per Award along with interest accrued thereon in this Court within a period of eight weeks from today. Failure to which the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court with liberty to the respondent/original claimant to avail the recourse of law for execution of the Award.
