This Petition was preferred for seeking a direction that the Government should establish Nandurbar-II Committee, for Dhule under the Maharashtra Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Category (Regulation of Issuance and Verification of) Caste Certificate Act, 2000. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that a competent Committee for Jalgaon has already been constituted at Dhule

2 pil 112.2021 and the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed. He, therefore, prays that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Petition and the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- which was deposited by the Petitioner in this Court in the light of the order dated 03.12.2021, under Rule 7(a) of the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010, be returned to the Petitioner.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.

The Registry shall refund the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the Petitioner upon proper identification and representation on behalf of the Petitioner, duly identified by the appearing Counsel for the Petitioner.
