PER COURT :- The learned Advocate for the petitioner - applicant submits that, steps have been taken to serve respondents No.1 and 2 in this petition. Erroneously, it is typed as Respondents No.2 and 3, in the order dated 26.7.2019. It is further requested that, the petitioner desires to serve the respondents by paper publication in the dainik Lokmat, Aurangabad edition. Such a prayer has been made in the said Civil Application.

In view of the above, the Civil Application is allowed. Issue notice to respondents returnable on 30.8.2019. The petitioner shall have the notice published in Marathi daily Lokmat, Aurangabad edition at-least ten days prior to the returnable date in this matter and shall place the copy of the news paper on record.
