Heard the learned counsels for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

Perused the investigation papers. Both accused were arrested and undergone the police custody remand. The partial amount of alleged robbery has been seized from them. Now, they are in M.C.R. The sections applied against the applicants are triable by the learned Magistrate. The material investigation appears to have been completed against them. In

927-BA.1704-22+1.odt the light of the progress of the investigation and recovery of the part payment of the robbed amount, it would be inappropriate to keep them behind the bars. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Applications are allowed.

(ii) Applicant SACHIN RAJEBHAU SOLANKE in Bail Application No.1704 of 2022 and Applicant MAYUR BAJIRAO MORE in Bail Application No.1370 of 2022 be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No.193 of 2022, registered by Police Station Sonpeth, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 341, 504, 506 of the IPC, on the conditions to attend the Police Station, if call on written notice by the Investigating Officer, before filing the charge sheet. The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
