PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Counsel appearing for Respondent No.3Committee, on instructions, states that the pending tribe claim of the petitioner would be decided within a period of a year from today.

2) The petitioner also makes a grievance that on account of failure to submit the Caste Validity Certificate, Respondent No.1 - University has not declared her result of B.Sc. Nursing course.

3) In the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct Respondent No.1 - University to declare the result of the petitioner, and if found eligible, permit her to appear for the next examinations. The petitioner shall also be permitted to prosecute her further studies subject to decision by the Caste Scrutiny Committee in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner. With the directions, as above, the writ petition is disposed of.

4) The petitioner shall appear before the Respondent - Committee on 25th August, 2015 and as such, no separate notice, requiring her presence before the Committee, is necessary.
