Mr. Aghav, learned Advocate appears for respondents no. 2 and 3 in respective petitions and submits that respondent no. 2 / 3 - The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar in respective petitions would decide the representations of the petitioners on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks. 3.
