Representation is tendered on behalf of political party by petitioner seeking action against officials of the Government. Allegations made in the representation are quite vague and no particulars have been furnished in support of the allegations made in the representation. Petitioner also has not presented any document alongwith the petition in support of the allegations levelled in the representation.

In this view of the matter, this Court need not exercise extra ordinary jurisdiction conferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for ensuring or helping petitioner to achieve political goals. Petition is devoid of substance hence, stands rejected.
