CA 15594/15 in RC 550/15 in X-OBJ 3293/14 in FA 1697/10 - 2 - submissions made, this Court holds that the application deserves to be allowed. There is delay of 204 days in filing the application. The delay is also condoned subject to condition that no interest will be payable in respect of this 204 days period if the cross-objections filed by the present applicant are allowed in future. The applicant undertakes to remove office objections prior to 29.1.2016 and pay the Court fees. If that is not done, it will be presumed that present application is rejected.
