Heard learned Counsel Shri Sayyad for the petitioner. In view of the nature of relief claimed, notice is to be given only to the State. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor waives the notice. 2.

The contentions made in the petition and the submissions show that the sessions case for offence of murder is pending in the Trial Court since the year 2013. The submissions

2 Cri.W.P. No. 1101/2018 made show that as yet, no progress is made in the matter. This Court expects the Trial Court to take decision in the matter within one year from today if the matter is not yet decided. The petitioner-informant is expected to co-operate the Trial Court. With this direction, the present proceeding is disposed of. 3.
