Learned counsel Mr. Adgaonkar appearing for the victim through her natural guardian father. He has filed consent affidavit for granting anticipatory bail which is taken on record and marked as 'Annexure-A'.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State and learned counsel Mr. R.P. Adgaonkar for the victim. 3.
The facts of the case have been discussed in detail in an order dated 29.08.2022. The victim and the applicant are in close relation. They have settled the dispute amicably. The victim was around 17 years old at the time of the incident. She has given consent for anticipatory bail through her natural guardian father. Besides this, there is no material before the Court to believe that custodial interrogation of the applicant would serve the purpose.

In the light of facts of the case and considering the allegations, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
I) Application is allowed.
II) Interim protection granted to the applicant by order dated 29.08.2022 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions with an additional condition that he shall not contact the victim and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses till the conclusion of the trial.
