This is an application for setting aside order passed by the Registrar on 21.04.2014 refusing registration of the contempt petition for non removal of office objections and for condoning the delay of 130 days occurred in presenting instant application.

Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The order dated 21.04.2014, passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of the contempt petition is quashed and set aside and the contempt petition is restored to its original number. Delay occurred in presenting the instant application stands condoned.
