For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed, subject to the following conditions :- (a) All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed

(b) If the above direction is not complied with, the earlier order dated 01/07/2022 shall stand restored.

(c) After all office objections are removed, the writ petition shall stand restored at the stage, at which it was dismissed in default.
